I so dislike scams. Even those folks who read carefully can be taken in by the crap that comes our way from various directions. I’ve seen this one before, but wanted to let you know that it’s back again.

Domain Registry of America (which is really out of Canada) is sending via snail mail notices of your domain renewal with prices beginning at $30/year. I’m willing to guess that 99% of the time your domain is NOT registered with these folks. Otherwise, you’d most likely be receiving e-mails from them. RIGHT????? Right!

Just do a search on their name and you’ll be able to read all about it. Grrrr… so frustrating. But I figured if I shared this while it’s on my mind and save just one person the aggravation, it will have been worth my time.
